Default Homemade Hole saw

Take a roll pin (pick your size) and cut some teeth in one end than chuck it up in drill.

Great for removing broken screws in fiberglass or wood.

Fill hole after removal and finish as needed.

Ever seen a 2" roll pin?

Maybe on a D9, LOL!

Ya' know? I didn't understand this at first!
(Scotty and Gorno threw me off a bit!)

I use Hole saws on an almost daily basis, but they don't come smaller then 1/2"!
When I have to get a broken screw out, I've always drilled a hole next to it,
then pry the broken screw out to the larger drilled hole, and then fill the hole(s).
But, using the broken screw as an Arbor with a toothed roll pin... kinda' makes sense!

Will I ever cut teeth into the end of a roll pin to get a broken screw out? probably not...
But, I gotta' admit... it's a cool idea!

It requires several full cans of beer.

Exactly, I just use a cut off wheel on a dremal to make a few rough cuts to end of pin then cut/drill around broken screw and it's just a hole to be filled. thank you.
