Need MadJax replacement cup holder insert, can't find one

Alright, so this is odd. I was taking my golf cart through some trails and my daughter apparently pulled a Gatorade bottle that had the insert stuck to the bottom of it out of the back arm rest. I could not find where it came off or fell into the woods or onto the trail. I thought, no problem, I'll just Google one up and get a replacement - NOT AS EASY AS I THOUGHT!!!

So, I tried to go directly to MadJax (TWICE) and failed miserably at trying to get them to respond to my customer service requests. Kinda disappointed in them as a company, actually. Then I tried to reach out to my local, custom golf cart shop, no reply, but intend to swing in, in person today.

So to pose this question here.... anyone know where I can get such a replacement part?

My cart is brand new and I'm kinda miffed at this.
