I just noticed this area for "Man Caves". After crawling around in drive ways and using cardboard creepers for years I decided that I deserved a real "man cave". Moved to FL bought 25 acres built a house for the boss and built this for myself.
It’s 80x60 double roll up doors and a small apartment for when momma won’t let me in cause I’ve spent the entire day piddling—uh I mean working on something real important, and time got away from me. I built a mezzanine for storage which I filled up in about a day. No matter how big it is you can always find a way to fill it up. Pat |

Your “Man Cave” is the perfect size LxWxH in my option….nice shop. Like you, I went with 16’ side walls for several reasons, one being taking advantage of the extra space up above with a mezzanine for storage. My only regret was not building a ramp vs. stairs going up to the mezzanine. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do mine.

I built a man-cave this spring. 30x45 with roughly half in a shop for car and golf cart work and the other half for a wood shop.
