Default The Plan

Suppose to start next week on it.

24'x28' garage with a room over it with the stairs coming in outside in the back yard by the in ground pool. One personnel door into garage and one for upstairs. No windows down stairs but a big one in the front and a small one by door. 18' electric door for the trucks and carts. Concrete floor with it tied into drive way. 3' wide in front of garage. All wired and ready to start working in when done except finishing up stairs, I'm going to do that because I'm going to add a tolet & sink and maybe a shower in the room upstairs. Have either a big screen TV or Pool table or both upstairs.
Oh $25,000.00 turn key

Default Tomorrow

They called and said they would start tomorrow. They have a tree to cut down first. I have a picture of the layout just need to post it tonight when I get home. It's just a shot of where it will sit in the yard when built. I will take pictures as it's being built.

Default OK they have started...

They started cutting the tree at 09:00 this morning and here is the beginning of the process.
This is where the garage is going.

This is the tree being cut down to start the footers.

I will keep you updated as they go.

I plan to keep them coming and updated as they get things done. I hope they get the footers dug today if they get the tree out in time.
