Tool Storage
My new tool storage unit. Purchased from Harbor Freight. I am impressed with the quality. What do you think?

Re: Tool Storage
Wow! Did Santa come early, or are you hoping Santa fills it up?

Re: Tool Storage
My old box was so full I thought the new one would have empty drawers in it. Nope,
They are all loaded. Still some room for Santa's goodies though. |

Re: Tool Storage
OK Dude I took your advice. Locked the whole unit up and rolled it around my garage. My garage is only 24' X 32'. Made about six laps, then spun it around three times and pushed it back ino place against the wall. Nothing happened. All drawers stayed shut and locked. Nothing sprung. After parking it all drawers slid open and colsed with ease.
Now that being said, This thing is heavy, and I woudn't want to push it around all day. The empty box weights 650 lbs. Who knows how much weight it carries loaded with tools. In my garage it stays in a permanent position against a wall next to my workbench. I'm not a mechanic making a living out of my shop. It works for me, and the cost was much less than Snap On or Mac. Total with shipping was under $1200. |
