Default Club car Xcelerator kit with other mods

Hello, I am curious what other modifications for speed are compatible with the Xcelerator kit from Club Car.

I am thinking of adding 8:1 high speed gears and a clutch spring for added torque.

My cart is a 2011 Precedent with 12" rims and low profile tires. I am currently running about 21-23 mph.

Hello frey9171, Do you have a Xcelerator kit on your golf cart?

I currently have one on my 1999 club car D/S . I have been having problems with the driven ( secondary clutch ) . It needs to rebuilt , ie... Ramps and helix are made of plastic and need to be replaced along with the two roofers that ride on the ramps/helix.

Please get back in touch with me ASAP, MAYBE WE CAN COMPARE A FEW NOTES.

IF ANYONE OUT THERE KNOWS WHERE I CAN ORDER THESE PARTS PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I HAVE TALKED TO CV TECH AND THEY WILL NOT SELL ME THE PARTS . ANY INFORMATION IS WELCOMED. THANKS

I do have the Xcelerator kit installed. It's been on for about 20 months with no issues.

Have you ever had to replace any parts on your clutch?

does your driven clutch show any sign of wear on the ramps/ helix?

How about the drive belt ( primary to secondary clutch) does it show any signs of wear or fraying?

Would you mine taking a few pictures of your clutches ( Primary and Secondary , so I can compare them to mine. see if something may be out of phase. I think CV TECH CALLS IT ALIGNMENT OR CALIBRATED. I CAN SEND YOU MY EMAIL ADRESS IF YOU WANT TO EMAIL THEM TO ME.

I have a ALLSORTS 6" lift with 14" rims and 23" tires. Governor is completely by passed but not the rev limiter and I can run aroun 28-30 MPH.

I JUST NEED TO GET THE PARTS AND TO MAKE SURE IT IS ALIGNED CORRECTLY. THANKS
