Default Looking for "How to Change Brake Cable", 2005 Precedent

Hello all!!
Golf season is just around the corner up here in the great white north!!!

I need to replace the brake cables on my 2005 Precedent club car and I'm looking to see if anyone has instructions on how to do it. My cart is still in the snow, but will be coming into the shop soon for its yearly go through.
Thanks!!

Club Car makes a tool to remove the cables, but if you're changing them both there are other ways to do it as well. Cut the metal cables and pull them out of the rubber sheathing. Use a deep well 1/2" socket and hammer it down over the cable clips. This will release them and allow you to pull them out.
