Default Help identify which model Club Car I own.

Greetings everyone!

I'm new to the forum and this my first post. My father and I own a body shop and inherited this Club Car in a work for trade deal.

You can see from the pictures how we received it. And after some paint and hard work we have oursleves what I hope is a one of a kind Hummer Club Car.

My dad does the body work and I did most of the mechanical work. When I got her it was need of a ton of work.

I've replaced oil filter gas filter, oil, diff fluid, spark plug, and the oil pan bolt and crush washer which I'm pretty sure was the cause of an oil leak, and the air filter.

I've since stopped the oil leak and am planning on doing the driven clutch machining with new belts.

I've done a ton of reading and hopefully the driven clutch comes right off with no issues. I need it to get it up the hill in my back yard.

BUT here's my actual question. As I order parts, I'd like to use the serial number/VIN to order the correct parts. As you can see from the serial number in the picture, the number matches up with a 2008 Electric CLUB CAR.

The cart is actually a gas powered cart with a Kawasaki FE350 engine in it. Specifically with the square air filter if it helps.

Is there any other way to tell what model I actually own?

As I mentioned earlier, I'd like to do some finer tuning such as governor/engine tweaking and part upgrading, and I'd like to know I'm referencing the correct engine and cart.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Welcome to BGW ClubHumvee!

Yeah... it concerns me that someone put a Precedent IQ (48V electric) ID tag on it!
Most Hummer redo's I've seen are done with a DS model, the only real way to tell is get a pic of the engine bay, and some of the frame in it,
the frames on the DS's and Precedents are noticeably different!

Nice cart though!

Any particular section of the frame to take pics of?

I just replaced the jounce bumper's and I was only able to find them via Precedent 4 seater diagram.

Any part of the engine bay that will show some framework!

Something like this... (click pics to enlarge)

If you have I Beam framework, It'll be a DS.... It'll look like this...

I know Dave... BUT... I could put those on my DS!
(don't know why... mine are perfect!)

Without knowing if the frame is square tube, (Precedent) or I beam (DS),
it'll be difficult for him to get the proper parts for it!

Yep! Same for both!
The engine, engine pan, and transaxle are identical!

Here's a few. It appears its an I Beam.

Sorry they're so dark, it's dark in the garage this time of night.
