Transmission input shaft bearings
I have a carryall with the locking rear diff. I believe the input shaft bearings are shot. Makes sense since this cart can idle.
How hard of a job is it to change these? Can it be done while the axle is in the cart? Does the case even have to be split? Thanks for any input! |

Re: Transmission input shaft bearings
Hey Aaron! Good to see you again!
I don't know much about them, so this may just be a "courtesy bump", You might want to post the year of it... All the parts lists I have are mostly for Unitized transaxles, and the case would have to be split! Have you removed the drive belt and checked the driven clutch for excess movement? |
