Default Starter Generator Replacment

Any recommendations on an aftermarket S/G for a Club Car Precedent? TIA.

DB Electrical GHI0009 New Starter Generator $112.95 w free shipping and a 1 yr warranty it don't get any better vs rebuilding a starter. I get early GM generators from them and recently got a starter/gen for my club car

thanks guys! Rebuilding isnt an option. The OEM S/G is already gone. I currently have an aftermarket in there and it failed already due to a bad voltage regulator that caused it to burn thru the brushes and it damaged the armature.

There is a listing on eBay for re-manufactured AMD (OEM brand) S/Gs that are bi-directional. I personally have used those and they are of great quality. If you don't mind dropping the coin. David Hicks at Revolution Golf Cars has brand new OEM Club Car S/Gs http://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/#!...generator/cexr

I've also had my run with the aftermarket $100 S/Gs. One customer had a new one fail in short order and the local re-builder wouldn't even touch it because of the poor build quality (you get what you pay for)
