Club Car DS smoking when warmed up

So at work today a cart came in that was smoking pretty bad.The smoke was blue so i know that its engine oil that is burning.I had replaced the valve stem seals on the cart in May of last year and that helped with the smoke issue but after a month or so it was still smoking and now its pretty bad.I checked the breather valve under the valve cover and it still looked good. I checked compression and that was a consistent 156 psi. I am not sure if the pressure relieve valve is sticking in the pump so its getting too much pressure or the rings are bad or the crank breather is in fact bad. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Overfilling the oil will do that!

I've already checked that but with the people that use the golf carts I wouldn't be surprised if it was overfilled haha. Its actually low on oil and I did an oil change on it recently so I know its burning it up somewhere I just don't know where
