Okay none of the numbers I found on my engine match anything you have listed. I could use a little help. I need a rebuild kit. Here are the numbers on my engine. E/no: KF82D167878 Code: FZ34OD-LS03 Last one is A69002196948 Any Idea what year? Or where I can find a rebuild kit. Or complete used engine? Thanks in advance. scrootertrash@att.net

scrooter, The numbers on the engine tags won't tell you what year your cart is, However, It does tell you that the engine is a KF82 flat head engine, and rebuild kits are available for the KF82! The actual serial number tag should be on the floor board rail just below the passenger glove box, (A black and silver Club Car label for 96 and earlier, a white sticker with a bar code after 96) ![]() ![]() Sadly, on an older cart, it may be worn to the point of not being able to read it, and... I have heard that some previous owners have either peeled the stickers and tag off, or painted over them, if that's your case... sorry, there isn't a "back up" tag on carts before the year (I think) 2000.

LOCKMAN, Thank you for the information. I do appreciate it. Now you say there are rebuild kits for the KF82 flat head. Where do I find them? I have looked on several web sites and can only find parts but no complete rebuild kit. Thanks again.

BGW "used to" have a sponsor that had complete rebuild kits, and complete rebuilt KF82 engines, but sorry... I don't remember their name! (maybe someone else will chime in with that info) The best I could suggest is to call Tom @ Cart Parts Plus, or any one of the other fine BGW sponsors that supply Club Car parts to see if they can help you!

can no one read the sticky before they post? or use the search feature? i know it sounds rude, but it will nsave a lot tof space on the sticky section. but as far as the engine goes missharley it shoulod have a kawasaki engine. if the spark pug is on top of a flat head, its the kf82 engine. if the spark plug is in the engine with a silver cap that reads ohv or club car it is the fe290/350/400 over head valve engine from kawasaki, unless it has a clone engine in it, ie a briggs, honda, dura max engine. also as you have seen if yu read the previous post......PICTURES HELP OUT ALOT! WE LOVE US SOME PICTURES! not to be rude but the search tab is a helpful hint, rather then just asking and hoping to get a answer. and WELCOME TO BUGGIES GONE WILD!
