FE290-FE350 swap

I did a few searches on here and didn't see this topic covered. if I missed a thread where this is covered please let me know.

I have a 2003 gas DS. (FE290 motor) will the FE350 from a precedent be a direct swap? I believe my DS and other gas precedents (FE350) have the same part numbers as far as the drive and driven clutch. what about the starter/generator? mounting locations?
I want the higher horsepower of the 2 engines, but only if it's basically a direct.

As long as you use everything you can off of the 350, (including the exhaust) it should be a direct swap.
