Default Homemade lift on a 87 club car? Anyone make one?

Just wondering if anyone has made a lift for a club cart? I have some ideas and the rear lift is not where my worries are. It is the front. I have some ideas but any other ideas would be great. Seems like it shouldn't be to hard but..... More or less I am going to get a piece of "C" channel and mount it to the bottom of the frame and build on to that. Or I have a set of shocks and "A" arms off a friends cart. (not sure what they are off of, possibly a Ezgo) It has coilovers and they are longer. For that all I would need to do is make a "C" channel setup and mount that to the bottom of the frame and use the existing shock mounts on the cart. Long winded I know. I have all the tools to build it but I don't have the cash to buy one That is the reason I am looking to build it.

You asked for examples, this lift will drive the purest nuts. If has been on for like 3 years tracks straight allows a 22/23" tire with a little rub from stop to stop but nothing you cant live with, didn't know then that you could buy them. This is the way rednecks lift our buggies in the swamp so I just downsized it and it seems to work just fine. It was pretty fun to do but knowing now they are readily available it would be a toss up whether I'd do it again

Looks pretty good. Hard to tell how it was done but I get the idea. I was thinking about a "shackle" lift for the rear. I did build the front lift but it looked HORRIBLE!!! Plus connecting the steering would have been a nightmare. BUT I think I thought of another idea that I am going to try today. It might work it might not. I LOVE building STUFF!!! Lol
