Voltage drop
2007 cc precedent, cart just quit starting I've checked just about all parts like starter, is good. Solonoid is good, the switch under the gas pedal is working good. I'm lost where to start next with volt meter on hot side of solonoid an negative on battery, voltage starts at 12.5 but drops to 2.5, I just don't k ow what to try next was wondering if the voltage regulator could be it.

Re: Voltage drop
then you have a bad cable connection somewhere. you've gone in and changed everything. its something very simple at this point.

Re: Voltage drop
What thinking but haven't been able to chase it down still, wondering if it isn't something in factory wire harness that has bad wire
