F&R Handle Removal
I was wondering if i could get some ideas on removing the F&R handle on the gas carts. most of them are a pain to remover without breaking screw and Drill & Tap. any ideas would be greatly appreciated. thank you

Dousing it with PB Blaster several hours before removal would probably be a good start.

^^^ or repeatedly over several days. I build up lots of these gas Club Cars and I'll always try to get it loose and reuse as much as possible. Sometimes though it's just more cost efficient to replace the handle and shift crank. Yes it costs a little money, but how many hours do you want to fuss with it and STILL end up damaging something in the process.
