Removing the drive clutch FE290
I need to remove and rebuild the clutch on my 1997 Carryall II. The Maintenance Service Manual implies that all I need to remove the clutch is the Drive Clutch Puller tool (Club Car #1014496). See photo.
I'm willing to buy the tool but I've read so much here about problems removing the Drive Clutch that I'm wondering if it is actually as simple and straightforward as the Service Manual implies. Any and all comments appreciated. clutch tool.JPG |

Yes & no. If you've got an impact to drive the tool it is that easy. Without one it may still be a struggle.
