engine mount adjustment
The engine has slotted mount holes on skid plate, but cant be adjusted because of 2 more mounts at back of engine by the trans. has any body tried moving this adjustment by using smaller spacers or washers to take some pressure off the belt, so it can relax a little when at idle.

Re: engine mount adjustment
There shouldn't be a need to move it. Particularly with the idle bearing on the center shaft of the drive clutch that Club Car uses. If the belt doesn't release completely it's an issue with the clutch(s) or the wrong belt.

Re: engine mount adjustment
I'm sure its the aftermarket belt being a little short, it is not letting the belt rise completely in the driven clutch. rebuilding my clutch and sent driven clutch to CPP for machining & spring. just trying to save some cash and not buy another new belt just yet. the guy at CPP says its adjustable but found its not.
