When accelerating, an the engine starts to rev up. It dies or "hesitates" for a few seconds then picks back up like nothing happen????? Been stumped about this problem. Everything I've replaced on this is

- fuel pump
-spark plug
-coil pack
- air filter
-fuel filter
-rev limiter
-drive an generator belts

Does it do this continuously, or just once?

I'd pull the fuel line of at carb and see if gas bubbles out.

It does it once every time you take off from a start

Check your ignition wires. As I have a 91 CCDS that was doing almost the same thing. I ended up replacing the carb and with multiple adjustments still getting the same out come. I just so happen to pull the rear cover off and found a red wire rubbing on the muffler causing the ignition to short out and stumble the whole time. Fixed the wire then zip tied it to the frame. All is good now runs like a champ. I wish I had taken a pic of it to show everyone. Cause this one got me good.

"Dmaxowner" I have replaced the ignition coil. An it's only on take off when I have that issue.

There aren't any carb adjustments on these carbs...

Is the stall predictable? Like about 10 seconds after first start?

If so running the cart in maintenance mode while spraying starter fluid through the stall, should prove gas or not gas related issue with the cart.
