2002 gas club car keeps running.

My club car keeps running even when I turn the key off.

Try pulling the gas pedal to the rear with your foot underneath it. You may have a microswitch not closing/activating.
Or your switch could be bad and you need a new switch.

If it’s still running with the ignition switch off it’s a ground issue. Check the ignition kill wire (white with black tracer) that runs up the passenger side of the engine.
