Default Gas club car still stalls out

My 02 Gas club car keeps stalling out when it warms up'
If i choke it it starts and a few minutes later it does it again.
I have replaced the battery, starter/generator, carb. and fuel pump, rectifier, all fuel lines and filter.
The gas tank was removed and cleaned out.
There is no water getting in carb.
This is driving me "muckin futts".

Any ideas?
Please

Thanks

does it stall out on idle only or while running ??
maybe fuel air mixture is wrong ?? ie why it starts on choke

It stalls out while it's running down the road.

if it is running and stalls out as you say, i would guess it is not getting enough gas, or intermittent gas flow.

i would check fuel lines and filters, make sure there are no leaks, if you can see the fuel in the tube, are there any air bubbles or such in the line ?? make sure there are no KICKS are HARD bends in the line, smooth large radius bends and curves.

if not maybe the fuel pump is dying, or not getting enough suction via the engine. think these are pulse pumps or vacuum pumps, with a line from engine to them to operate them. check that line as well. does not look like an electric pump.

those are quick easy checks to do.

You might also want to check for spark when it stalls...
It's pretty common for the rev limiter, or coil to fail when the engine warms up!

Could be the coil. Sometimes a bad coil will fail when hot, resistance, etc, measures normal when cold.

un plug wire by the dip stick that isolates coil and rev lim from key and micro switchs if it still stalls unhook ground{brown] wire from screw by rev limiter, if it still quits its the coil we sell org kawasaki coils , anything else is a waste of time putting in.i have seen the micro switchs go bad but work than open up under viberation also key switchs thats why you need it isolate them
