Default corrosion of frame between aluminum and steel bolts & fittings.

Does anyone have a proven way to deal with the corrosion salts that form on the aluminum frame anywhere it has spent time in contact with steel bolts and bracketry & such?
I'm going to replace any hardware I dismantle with stainless as I take things apart and perform maintenance, but other instances like where steel brackets and mounts cause electrolysis has me looking for a good way to deal with and arrest existing white/salty aluminum rust? pitting.

I was wondering and thinking the same thing, but found out that using stainless steel and aluminum will cause the galvanic corrosion to accelerate, since the two metal are more dissimilar. has to due with their active state, and how close or far apart they are on the chart. Closer means Less corrosion Further apart is more corrosion. Here is a Good Article for those interested: Galvanic Corrosion

They say that Zinc Plated Steel is better against Aluminum vs Stainless Steel, Best would Be Aluminum Hardware. What compounds this is that the Frame (aluminum) on the cart is Grounded/ Charged and Flows Current !! Want to make it worse, get it wet or add salt & water to the mix. Accelerates the process...

Looks like some nice carbon steel zinc plated bolts will be going back on my build.

This is what we use in the airline industry. https://www.ellsworth.com/products/b...iABEgKWRvD_BwE

And this. http://www.skygeek.com/ppg-mastinox-...SABEgLNf_D_BwE

Those are just two of the chemicals we use. We also alodine, prime, and paint all aluminum parts. Then a sealer is used between the mating surfaces.

You can spray with corrosion x. This is a company who makes many Mil spec aerospace anti corrosion sprays.

They now make some intended for personal/everyday use.

In marine industry it is common to spray every electrical connection with this stuff.
