Reverse buzzer
I was wondering if there was any aftermarket reverse buzzers to replace the stock buzzer. The reverse sound is annoying and I was curious if they were other options?
Thank you! |

Re: Reverse buzzer
i like the lil LED device with buzzer, plus you can get them super cheap all day long on Amazon or ebay. Not in a rush can order from china for around $1.50 a piece red yellow or green :)

Re: Reverse buzzer
I find the intermittent type much less annoying than the constant beep type. I have a box of these at throw-a-way pricing.

Re: Reverse buzzer
I think it is a bit softer... but maybe it's just the fact that it is short and not relentless like the constant one. I does seem much easier on the ear

Re: Reverse buzzer
I mounted my alarm in the back of my cart, under the dump box. I thought it was best to direct the sound and the light in that direction ... to warn people or pets that I was backing up. And mounting at the back of the cart makes it even quieter in the driver seat (my previous back up alarm was mounted under the driver seat ... it really got your attention ... and on your nerves)

Re: Reverse buzzer
After reading this thread I got those buzzer/lights and installed them on back of cart. I found a couple rather large washers (probably from hubby's tractor parts..lol) and drilled a mounting hole under bumper. I can't figure out how to post video from YouTube so only a picture for now.
