Snowmobile engine swap help needed!
hey everyone. i have a 95 club car carryall 2 that is stock with a 290 in it. i want to make this cart fast. and i have received an arctic cat panther 5000 (500cc engine) with a comet94c clutch on it. the belt size is 1-1/4". this issue i am having is the driven clutch...... the sled has a 1" keyed shaft... and i believe i need a 7/8 shaft to be compatible for the cart rear...
 ... however i am not sure if it is a tapered shaft on the rear of the cart or not... i would like to know what you guys have used as driven clutches on a sled motor swap.... i dont care what it is... i just want to finish this project and get rippin around.... thanks guys!!!!! |
