Water in my engine
I have a 2004 club car ds and I was getting serious amounts of water in the engine giving milky oil. I thought it was a head gadget but chased the private back to a wet air filter. The filter was brand new so I investigated further.
The large air intake pipe was full of water. I couldn’t remove it because I was on site so drilled a few holes in the bottom, drained the water and resealed it. I have now flushed the engine with engine flush and added a new oil filter and oil. Just thought I’d share I case anybody else was having trouble with a wet air box. Re: Water in my engine
One of cc better ideas suck air from behind the dash board to get cleaner air! Only thing is if it gets water in it stays forever, the hole drilled will cure it and you are still on the right side of the filter
