Default Gas club car turns over but will not fire

Hi,
I have a 1986 gas club car. I was driving it the other day when I hit a big bump. Immediately after the cart would only run with the choke pressed in. Once we stopped the cart we could no longer get it going. I took apart the carb and found the float came disconnected. I put it back together and cleaned it but no luck. Gas is getting to the carb, there is spark, the engine is turning over but it wont fire. When I took the sparkplug out its dry..
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Have you tried shooting some starting fluid into the throat of the carb, or cylinder? I found sometimes it is helpful to prime it in this way when you've worked on the carb.

Are you sure gas is getting to the carb? Look at the fuel filter. Make sure the pulse line is not loose/damaged.

I tried, it popped once but that was it... and ya I took the hose off the carb and it was pulsing out pretty good.

That float is still messed up. Take the carb off and go through it or put a new one on.

Pull valve cover and check to see if the rocker came off, happened to me a couple times with the stock fe290 motor without governor. You can easily push spring with hand pressure and reinstall. If that's the case properly adjust the lash.
