Installing 6:1 gears
Any tips on the install? Got a 2006 club car can I just undo the leaf and do it with rear end in or should I remove it completely?

Re: Installing 6:1 gears
If your rear end gear case splits vertically, like I think it does, it will have to be removed completely from the cart to split the case.

Re: Installing 6:1 gears
Case splits down the middle. Whole axle has to come out, so the axle tubes can be unbolted from the center case and removed.
Once those are off you can disassemble the case to get the shafts out. |
