Default Fuel Lines Routing Question

I just got a 1995 Club Car with FE290 engine. It missing the 2nd fuel filter and the gas tank vent tube connection is broken and the line missing. I have the maintenance manual and parts list but I cannot figure out where the gas tank vent goes. The manual shows a "Barb, Vent" at the end of this line. I have ordered a new Fuel Tank Vent Assembly and a Barb Vent. I just need to know how to route the line.

Also, there is a vent line from the carb that goes into the frame. This line doesn't connect to the gas tank vent line does it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's a hole or maybe a couple holes in the frame just below the tank. The line goes through the hole and the "barb" goes in the end of the line after its through.

I think mostly it helps keep the end of the hose in place, and it also prevents bugs/spiders, mud daubers, etc. from trying to build nests in the end of the hose which will clog the hose.
