Oil light never goes on
I have 95 club car DS. I've never see oil light on. Is it good or just bad light?
Should it go on when i turn ignition key on? |

It is only a low oil quanity light....If you want to see if it works...drain all the oil from the engine...turn the key on...THE LIGHT SHOULD SHINE !!!!

The oil light on my ezgo only lights up when starting. Between the first press of the pedal until the motor starts. You don't have power to instruments until the motor is energized, and once it is running it has pressure and the light won't shine. Test: Remove pressure sensor wire, ground the wire and start the motor, with motor running remove wire from ground. Turn off motor.
If the light shines either grounded or ungrounded your oil pressure sw. is bad. If the light doesn't shine your bulb is bad. |
