Exclamation drive clutch buttons spring info needed

I am replacing the three drive clutch buttons on my 1998 ds gas club cart. the original clutch only has one spring under the drive buttons. The new button kit came with three springs one for each button. Should I use all three springs one under each button or just put the spring under only one button? Thanks for the reply.

Just use one.
The counter-clockwise clutches used 3 and it was found they would make the clutch stick closed or not operate smoothly.
The clockwise clutches like yours only use 1 spring, but the kits are still supplied with 3 because the same kit services either clutch.

Thanks! Christmas fish is about to go away, need to find something else to put there next.

Good luck with the clutch!
