what power max do i need to order can any one give me a link where to buy and what type of rotation i need ?

That makes a big difference.....unfortunately, Club car changed the rotation of their engines in 1997.... Carts manufactured after this date had the engine and transaxle rotating in a clockwise direction... prior to that everything rotated counterclockwise, which is what every small engine built in the past and present does..... Long story made short. You are stuck with a stock type motor. Good news is there is a 350 and 400cc model available. Good Luck

Side note..... if you do it anyway, you can run forward when in reverse. Problem is that reverse gear is MUCH smaller and so the cart is slow forward and fast reverse....... then there are gear changes which gets you going faster in forward and (to me) silly fast in reverse......
