Default Blown gead gasket.

I had a club car dealer replace a head gasket in my 1998 CC five weeks ago and it has blown the gasket already. Would there be something else going on to make it blow the gasket so quick. The dealer called and asked if I had done something to blow it so quick. The cart hasn't been run hard during that time. Went through a little mud but nothing really bad. I kind of question what kind of job was done to begin with because when I got it back the windshield frame bolts came apart two days after they replaced a bracket and when I checked the spark plug after it wouldn't run it was about to fall out because that wasn't tighten down also. It was running great when I ran it to our farm about 1/4 mile, parked it for a few minutes, hopped back on it and it just backfired real bad once and that was it.
Thanks, Roadsterguy.

Maybe improper head torque or head needed to be resurfaced before reinstalled.
Hard to tell and I've seen some blow that I have done when I ran a small engine shop in Fla. for no apparent reason so I'm not saying anything about his workmanship.
If he will replace it again for you ask him to check the flatness of the head.
Also let him run it easy for 20 minutes to get a good warm on it and let it cool and then retorque the head bolts.
Could just as easily been a bad gasket.
Hope this helps.
