Default Engine Swap

I have a club car mid 90's and the 290 c.c. engine, I also have a good brigs and straton 16 h.p twin cylinder engine, would it feasible to swap the engines, going from a ohv to a flat head and would there be major problems...
wpuld ther a gains, both engines are in good shape, the 16hp is from the early 80's is on my sears lawn and garden tractor...

It has two shafts one on the front and one on the rear, one for axle and the other for the blades.. Would finding a clutch to fit the shafts be a problem.
It seems to me that all that would have to done is get a clutch and align the motor so that the clutch aligns with the rear clutch..

You should be able to find a clutch for the 16. Do you know what size the crank shaft is? Make sure the 16 is not to tall to fit in the cart...
