? on Torque
I have never seen this used before, In my manual for changing the main jet It says to tighten the jet holder to 115-117 in.-lbs, torque. What do you do just divide by 12 ? What's the point in this number as opposed to ft-lbs. I just found this odd. Hopefully somebody knows, I'm just curious. Thanks

Re: ? on Torque
yes
according to http://www.onlineconversion.com/foru...1071013276.htm To convert foot pounds to inch pounds, multiply by 12. To convert inch pounds to foot pounds, divide by 12. i would guess its more precise with a finer resolution. You would be hard-pressed to adjust a ft-lb torque wrench to 9.5 - 9.75 ft-lb. I'd call that measurement "just snug with a tiny eek" |

Re: ? on Torque
Yeah, they do. Mine looks like a regular 3/8" drive ratchet. Cute little clicker.
