Default oil level sensor ?

the oil lvel sensor on a club car goes to a connector. does that pull out or is it threaded in to replace the o ring??? is a 92 club car

i looked at a manuel online and they called it the connector cord. i tried to copy it at paste it here but it was copy righted. the oil level sensor has a wire coming off of it. it goes to this black peice thats in the crankcase and a wire coming out that goes to the electrical box. there is an o ring on that black peice i think is leaking. its under the starter generator and down by the clutch. hope that is more descriptive. the manuel i looked at was at golfcartsonline.com and the 92 cc enigine diagram. engine part five part#1 and 2
