Default Buying a 2006 from a fleet?

I have an opportunity to buy a 2006 Club Car, gas, from a fleet of 60 previously used on a golf course.
Several questions:
$2200=a good price? (carts were used 3 years, fleet rotated, each probably used about 100-140 days a year for a 5 mile drive).
For the 1st. two years they were maintained /serviced but don't think the oil and filter were changed in the past year.
Some run too fast, some very slow in comparison.
So, how do I choose which one?
A slow one, a fast one ? Which would have least wear. I assume the governors can be reset.
What to specifically look for?

Look for one that does'nt smoke, starts easy and runs hard. Next go for good tires. $200 for stock tires right after you buy sux. finally cosmetics, find one with good lip stick and blush. Good luck!

That's a great deal - at least in SLC Utah -

I just bought two 97's that look to have been maintained, for 1800 each, and upgrading to 2004's would have put them at about 2700 each

I think morepower nailed it on what to look for.

In buying one, which would cost you more, considering they were in comparable condition, a gasser or an electric?

Not sure you were asking me but from my research, a used gas cart is usually several hundred dollars more!

99% of every used cart for sale comes from a "fleet". That's when you want one, not second, third or fourth owner where the teenagers have had plenty of time jumpiong and crashing it for their You Tube videos!!!

Price ie very good for electric. 2200 for gas? They're loosing money it they are EZGO 2006 gassers...

That's good, Mike. Mine was bought from a fleet. Lease was 3 years for the golf course. So, I guess mine was only abused by the high tempered golfers that used them on the course. Of course, I've seen some vids of golfers that treat them pretty bad on the course. Ok, now I'm sick of the word "course".
Mines an 07 and the clock had about 143 hrs on it when I took it over. Come to think of it, 143 just doesn't sound like a lot of usage for an 07.

I have been in a discussion on another forum re. these carts year model, 05 or 06. The manu. date is 10-05, however I was told they are 06's.
Will be able to provide serial # tomorrow.
Wondering, as the oil and filter have not been changed in some time, if I could better clean crankcase and engine by pouring a quart of kerosene through the engine.
Back in the good ole days, I was there, now 78, we used to do this (even briefly start or turn over the engine )? Got a lot more crud out!
I have purchased engine oil, filter, air filter, gear oil and a spark plug, then will lube all specified fittings.
I have a 2000 manual, probably nearly same as 2005/06. A local dealership told me there were no differences between 05/06.
I read someplace about using sae 30 wt. in the tranny/differential however bought 80/90 gear oil?
Any help/comments appreciated!
Wally

Got two that don't smoke, start easy, run hard and even exchanges a lot of parts from the other 58. 3 tires, 2 seats, etc.
Seems the golf course owner can buy new tires for about $5 each! A guy down the road sets carts up for hunting, replaces tires w/ knobbies.
