need opinion
I am new to golf carts, and learning as I read and go along. I have a 98 club car gasser 4 seater and my question is how long or what should you do for maintence on the drive cluth and the driven cluth. They are both working properly and have no problems with any of them.
Is there any maintence I should do yearly to them or just leave them alone if working properly, the cart is 3 years old for me from been built by a cart builder so everything was new at the time. |

Re: need opinion
A 10 yr old driven clutch is probably in need of clutch buttons... see the exploded view here..... http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/gas-c...tructions.html
The drive clutch will have replaceable wear buttons also. see Pic below. Most people do not maintain these things and and then it is too late and the only option is expensive replacement.... |
