I have a 98 club car gasser and going to replace the spark plug as far as yearly maintence.

? do they make a platinum spark plug inplace of the regular plug?

? If so did anyone every use one in there cart?

? what is the gap on the regular spark plug for this cart?

Got this someplace else :)

Remove the spark plug boot from the spark plug. Take a deep well 13/16 socket and remove spark plug. Take your new plug and gap it to Manual specs of .027-.031. The manual also reccomends using a NKGBP5ES non resister type plug.

i hae a ngk bpr5es in mine at a 30 gap. no issues. i had a cahmpion in it at first and the engine did not like it at all. i have a restor plug only because i use it on a active flight strip, and i live within a 3 miles of a regional airfield. i have no problems with this.
