Default 2000 carryall lift

helping my brother lift his 2000 carryall turf ll. the kit came with angled rear lift blocks. im assuming the smaller side goes towards the front? when we bolted it up the drivers side rear shock hits the shift cable on the rear diff. any ideas. thanks

zip ties and duct tape! but are your shocks at a angle? mine is on the sides, and the cable just rides on the side of the engine. actually it rides under the fan housing

Hello I'm posting some pics on my cart. My Brother Started this thread. The lift kit is a red hawks lift and its not carryall spacific (not spelled right I know). Anyhow as you can see the shock is riding on the shifter arm and doesn't line up on/to bracket.

Good pics Can you bend the shifter cable tube to where the shock can mount up and NOT hit the tube?

Well I thought about that. But I wasn't sure if that would damage the shifter cable. I know it is only protecting it from the muffler but I still dont want to screw it up.

in my opinion those rear shocks dont really do that much. i am lifting another carryall right now and i am not putting the shocks back in. the leaf springs are so stiff there isn't really any need. just like when you lift you eliminate the sway-bar. but that's just my opinion....
