Default FE290 Tach

I have a 92 carryall 1 w/ a FE290 and was looking to put a tach on the cart. Anyone have any pics and witch one they prefer.

I dont know if this one will work? It doesnt say if you can select the number of cylinders??

I just installed the Equus 6086 on my 2003 CC FE290 and it works great! It does have a button on the back to set the number of cylinders. You can download the install manual and check out the install procedure at iequus.com.

I looked at this tach (6086) at the local parts store... says its for 4-6-8 cyl engines... how do you knock it down to 1 cyl..?
Sorry if this is a dumb question & already covered but I want to know for THIS TACH as it is the right size & style for my application

It has a button in the back. You can set it for 1,2,4,6,8,12 cylinders.
Make sure you get the inductive pickup with it.
