Default removing blown up fe290

removing blown up fe290 clockwise motor. getting ready for new motor swap. thinking about ordering 16 hp honda clone from carroll stream. anyone have one of these that they are happy with???? any other suggestions? i've been looking all over craigslist in a 500 mile radius of fort wayne, in. and i can't find any horizontal motors worth messing with. my thought is that a clone motor would be a good economical transplant ......even if it blows up after beating it for a couple of years. comments please.
