bad rev limiter
i have a 95 club car ds and my rev limiter is bad is there any way to wire the motor with out it and if so please tell me thanks

go to the rev limiter and disconnect the grond strap to it. its the termaianl thea t is bloted to the engine. tape it up and zip tie back so not to rub and ground out agian.THEN YOU NEED TO ADJUST YOUR SPEED SO NOT TO EXTEND 4000 RPMS OTHERWISE YOU WILL EAT A MOTOR! MOST ONE HERE WIL TELL YOU THE SAME. WONDERS HAPPEN WHEN YOU FLOAT A VALVE TRAIN! DO NOT FORGET TO ADJUST YOUR CARB FOR THE TOP SPEED OF 4000 RPMS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! BGW IS NOT A FAN OF THIS METHOD AND DOES NOT RECOMEND IT. BGW RECOMENDS THAT YOU SPEND THE MONEY AT A SPONSOR AND BUY A NEW REV LIMITER!

i broke the male wire clip thing off of part 18 in the motor 2 diagram is there any way to wire around this problem

on by cart i bought the rev limiter and igniter was missing so i bought a igniter and made a wire connected 18 to 22 works great

you broke the igniter. the revlimiter is the big box on the front. i will have to aggre with shaneberg....time to call a sponsor!

Is the rev limiter the box connected in front of the ignitor.on a 95 club car.Also what does the cart do that you would know its bad
