16 hp kawasaki in a carryall
I bought one of the water cooled 16 hp kawasaki motors for my 97 carryall about 3 years ago. The 290 that was in the cart is starting to smoke really bad so its time to try and install the kawasaki or find a new fe290 to put in it.
I know there were shaft issues with this conversion, but I'm wondering just how much work it would be to get it all together. Anyone have any input on this? If it turns out to be to much work to make the swap, whats the least expensive alternative? |

Re: 16 hp kawasaki in a carryall
I had one in my 94 but I know there's a guy on here that did one with the opposite rotation. Wish I could think of his name.. maybe it'll come to me or someone else remembers. It was a really nice yellow cart. I loved that motor.
