do you have compression??????? my cart wouldn't start it had compression, spark, gas, air....no fire. problem: burned head and cylinder was only making compression on intake side, no compression on the exaust side. hope your problem is less fatal. i fixed mine by putting honda clone motor in and forbidding teen son and neanderthal friends using my cart.

I agree with kevinandrew ck comp.......compression, spark, gas, air should do some thing ..... another problem you may have is weak spark...the spark may look ok untill the plugs installed and under compression.
Compression causes resistance for the spark to jump the plugs air gap.
if you have a weak coil or bad igniter causing a weak spark condition then the spark/secondary voltage can't over come the resistance...then no spark..no start.
