Driven clutch noise?

Hi,
I purchased a 2002 Gas Cub Car. It runs perfect but at top speed when its not under a load the driven clutch has a kind of metallic rattle. I listened with a steta scope while it was on a jack stand and it was hard to tell if it was the belt or the clutch. The belt doesn't appear to have much wear on it and it is a club car belt.........My only other thought was maybe the driven clutch spring is worn..............Any ideas or is this normal.
