1988 gas clubcar not working
hey I was driving my golfcart and all of a sudden when i came to a stop and pressed the pedal again to go the starter didnt go therefore nothing worked when i press the pedal the starter dosnt even attempt to go. what could be my problem? Thanks so much

Could be the only fuse in your electrical black box under the seat. If it is check for a grounded wire that is not supposed to be grounded. And I don't realey know if an 88 has the fuse.

yea it has the fuse in the black box and i checked it and it seems good

Have you checked to see if the micro switches in the black box are functioning correctly yet ? They are activated by the gas pedal.

I made this video for someone else, it will show you how to jump the solenoid to test the starter/generator. My server is slow, it will take a few minutes to download.
http://www.jimmccall.com/clubcar/test.mov if you look around here, I believe you will find some diagnostics on no-start problems people have had in the last few weeks. |
