The motor is holding up excellent!! Better than I had ever expected. I've been using the cart daily and no major problems have come up at all.
The longest trip so far was a 4 hour ride at an OHV park which was loaded with steep hills and mud bogs. I threw everything possible at it and there was just no stopping it. I was surprised how well it performed on the hills while turning those massive 26" mudders.
The hour meter just passed 20 hours the other day. I changed to Mobil 1 fully synthetic after break in period oh and also run it on mid grade 89 octane gas.

It should work in your Club Car, I don't see why not. Just make sure you put enough lift on it to fit the top of the motor under the seat.

"Some" of those chinese motors aren't half bad. I have one on a cheapo genset that will start every time on the first pull and run all day long in the Texas heat.....others won't make it through the shipping process.
