Default Need club car gas engine overview

Does anyone have an engine overview, that shows all the parts in the engine. Sort of like a wiring diagram but mechanical parts only. Also need to know the torque of the head bolts and such. I've rebuilt a lot Harley motors mostly my own. Can't be too much different, but I could always used some advice. getting nutty in my old age. Thanks in advance for any help.

Scooter T, I think the engine you are wanting an expanded view of is the Fe-290. Is it for your 1990 Club Car? I don't have what you need but maybe it is in the stickies at the beginning of the gas motor section.

The 1990 is the old flathead motor. 1992-96 is the OHV motor.

Are you going to rebuild? There is a guy on here with a good one for like $400 delivered to your door. I don't know how that compares to parts?

Scrooter,

I think the engine you have is a Kawasaki KF82
The KF82 engines were also put in a number of John Deere Mowers!
(Google)

There are service manuals on Ebay, but I'm not sure if they have exploded veiws!

I was on AIM last night, talking to No No, and I forgot to ask him about it!
I'll see if he has one, but it won't be until tonight or tomorrow!
