Default Club Car Body

I have a 93 Club Car and I am looking to either paint my existing body or possibly put a new body on her. The body that's on it now is in fair to good condition, but needs some work before paint can be applied. I like how the new bodies are the color all the way through. I have looked around and the cheapest I have found so far is Ebay. I want a solid black body, and I would also like to do away with the scuff guards on the rear fenders. So if anyone has done this or knows a good place to look let me know. Also let me know if I should just forget about a new body and just work with what I have. I am looking for the best bang for my buck

best bang for your money would be painting it you would have about 100.00 to 150.00 in paint materials and I know you cannt get a body for that. Yes it is true solid color bodies look good new but they scrach no different than painted ones other than the scrach in solid bodies the scrach is still the color.

Thanks man, that is what I needed to hear. The only part that is intimidating to me is that I have absolutley no painting skills What do you think a local body shop would charge me to paint the body?

I dont know but if you have a decent size compressor painting is pretty easy you dont need the best spray gun out there, and follow the directions for mixing. What i did the first time i painted was spray on a piece of cardboard to see the spray pattern and adjust the gun for spray pattern and amount other than that theres nothing to it. Also theres a hole tread on painting here read that to for prep for plastic painting
