Re: clutch bolt
I don't know what the thread count is or the hardness or how long it should be, if it has a shoulder or threaded all the way. Too many things to guess at. You are going to need to know these things before you start looking. Especially the thread count. you should probably have at least a grade 8 bolt. If you have a real old fashion Hardware store, you may find one, but, it is unlikely you will find one at Lowe's, Home Depot, or NAPA Auto, etc. Best bet is to call a CC dealer and order one unless you can find one off a dead cart someplace.

Re: clutch bolt

Re: clutch bolt
If it is left hand thread, (turns counter clockwise to tighten) it is most likely the missing bolt. Left hand thread bolts are just not that common that you would happen to "find" one that fits perfect just laying around your garage. (unless your garage looks like mine, really big and a mess )

Re: clutch bolt
The rear clutch ( driven ) shouldn't be left handed IIRC . The front clutch ( drive ) is.

Re: clutch bolt
Standard 5/16-18 (coarse thread) 1" long. Common bolt from any hardware will be OK.
